9 MONTHS today!

9 months is making it seem real that Henry is growing up so fast! He is definitely turning into a little boy. The last couple days Henry has been not feeling to well. This morning, he was a little bit more perky, so I had to get some shots of this day!
Where he is at:
*two bottom teeth showing, top two on their way
*rolling everywhere
*scoots backwards and in a 360 circle
*likes to use mom as a taxi to get to the next cool location
*really likes to be read to
*smiles at the kitties and is very attracted to buddy's tail
*can get up on all fours, but not for too long
*enjoys playing with bouncing balls (beach and exercise)
*loves baths and splashing
*speaks german (just kidding)
*signs "all done"

37/38 weeks

Needless to say, the mobile came down. :) Notice his shirt.

A man on the move!

Henry likes to pose as a beetle turned on his back.

Getting ready for the day!

Buddy and Moose

We swore we weren't going to be the type that had a baby and the pets got the shaft, so this post is dedicated to Buddy and Moose. We are suckers for animals.:)
The little bed that they like to share. It really only has room for one kitty, but they make it work.

Where we found them after putting Henry to bed.

V-day 2010

Happy Valentine's Day one and all! Before I met Pete, I was very content with Feb. 14th being Singles Awareness Day, but now, I am so proud that each year I can celebrate with the love of my life!!
This is when we met, our sophomore year at Bethel College. This picture is on our spring Habitat for Humanity Trip (we actually broke up on this trip. oh young love.)

Three years later, we married on July 18th!

Followed by our honeymoon in Northern MN.

Six years have gone by, and now we have a little valentine.

Happy Valentine's Day, boys! I love you!

feels like home!

We woke up this morning to snow on the ground and snow coming down!

Nothing like being 8 1/2 months old and seeing snow!

Henry wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

Buddy was mesmerized.

Moose just wants attention.

We've never seen anything like this:

Hello! I was given this award from my friend, Michelle. That was very nice. She is a sweet gal who has been a blessing of a friend here in Texas.

Ok, I am supposed to tell 7 things about myself (that you might not already know!) and then share the award with 7 other bloggers! Just like Michelle, I read so many amazing blogs! I seriously don't know how I will choose just 7!

I am having trouble thinking of things just for me, so...since this is both Pete and I's site, I am going to do 7 things you might not know about us! :)
1. Pete and I got to know each other before dating on a Young Life leadership retreat our sophomore year of college. Although, he thought I was pretty cute freshman year.
2. Our sophomore year of college, we also had a lot of classes together because he was an education major, at the time. For an earth science class, we had THE EXACT SAME rock collection (cause we found them together) and he got a better grade!!
3. We are both former Starbuck's Baristas. I, in Stillwater, MN and he in Allen, Texas.
4. We just took a love language test for our small group and my highest one was "acts of service." Pete's lowest was "acts of service." His highest was "physical touch." My lowest was "physical touch." What a pair we are.
5. We love going to the Donut Palace each weekend. We always get the same thing which includes a Devils Food Donut for each of us.
6. Pete's dad and my brother worked together before we ever met.
7. Our very first date we made sugar cookies, and forgot to add the sugar.

Now to pass along the award: I don't know how to hyperlink the following, but here they are:

Team Exsted
The Eiselts
